Four National Poomsae Team Fundraising Seminars Held in May 2015
2015 National Poomsae Team to Compete in Mexico at Pan Am Events
The cadet and junior members of the team selected at those trials will compete at the 2nd Pan Am Cadet Poomsae Championships and 4th Pan Am Junior Poomsae Championships from September 9-10, 2015 in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Senior (18+) members of the team will compete at the Pan American Taekwondo Open in Aguascalientes, Mexico from September 11-13, 2015 representing Team USA.

USA Taekwondo Announces Poomsae Team Trials
The 2015 USA Taekwondo National Poomsae Team Trials will be held Aug. 7-9 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Colorado Springs. The trials will be preceded by a two-day poomsae camp, Aug. 5-6, open to all interested individuals.
Registration for the camp will be open in the coming weeks on the USA Taekwondo website, and registration for the team trials will be available following the USA Taekwondo National Championships, July 5-10.
Poomsae Reference Page Posted To USA Poomsae Website
A Poomsae Reference Page has been posted to the USA Poomsae Website. This page is a reference of our US National Team members performing the required poomsae. Some of these videos are already available on the 2014 World Championships Videos page. Please bear in mind watching these videos that WTF rules may have changed since they were performed, and of course styles may vary from competitor to competitor, so these videos are just meant to be a reference point.

2015 National Poomsae Team Selection Update
With the announced cancellation of the 2015 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships by the World Taekwondo Federation, there have been many questions regarding the selection process for the 2015 National Poomsae Team. The National Poomsae Team coaches would like to let you know that USA Taekwondo is still planning the 2015 US Poomsae Team selection as detailed here:
The US National Poomsae Team coaching staff will endeavor to make sure that the US National Poomsae Team will have outstanding opportunities this year whether it be at the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships or another event, for example, the Pan American Taekwondo Poomsae Championships.
2015 US National Collegiate Poomsae Team Selected
Congratulations to the new members of the 2015 US National Collegiate Poomsae Team who qualified at the NCTA Championships on April 4, 2015! They will compete at the Summer World University Games in Gwangju, Korea this July. The full results from the NCTA Championships can be found by clicking here.
